How to Apply
Please follow these steps:
Click the "Apply" link below to be transferred to the Grant Interface
Submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) through the grant Interface. You may save your work and return at any time to complete. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
If invited to apply, you will be contacted by emailed to submit a full grant proposal for review by the board of directors. The board meets a minimum of two times a year.
Once invited to submit a proposal you will be asked to provide a letter signed by the Executive Director or CEO of your organization and to provide your non-profit Tax ID number.
The 2019 Grant Cycle is now Closed. The 2020 grant cycle will be available after the new year. The deadline for the 2020 grant cycle is August 31, 2020.
Recipients of a Names Family Foundation grant funding must submit a grant report to the Foundation every six months and at the completion of the project. The grant report must describe the use of the funds and must provide an evaluation of the success of the project. Failure to comply may disqualify the organization from future requests.
